Booking in advance is a safe bet, especially if you are travelling from outside Spain. It allows us to help you make important logistical decisions regarding tickets, accommodations, transportation, etc.

The process is easy and personalized. Step 1: • Fill out the information request in as much detail as possible. • You will receive an e-mail thanking you for your interest and a request to complete any additional information needed in order to prepare your personalized quote. Step 2: • After reviewing your information, we will send you a quote with the best options for you and your family. • In order to book the tour and/or other services, a deposit is required. You will receive a confirmation for the guided tour and/or services after your deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due at your tour destination.

Yes! The Combined Guided Tour discount is applied to the total amount when booking two or more guided tours or experiences in a combined way.

The discount is not a fixed percentage. It can vary according to the chosen dates or current promotions.

Your payment is secure. It is done by bank transfer, bizum or Paypal.

Of course! Your privacy is important to us. Spanish regulations require freelance tour guides to protect and guard clients’ personal data. We never share our customers’ personal information with any third party. For more information, please consult our "Privacy Policy" section.

The charge will appear in Euros.

Our flexible cancellation policy allows you to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance. Your deposit is considered a service fee and will not be refunded.

Free cancelation or date changes (subject to availability) are allowed up to 10 days before its starts. 50% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made less 10 days before the starts. You must bring your Alhambra tickets and your passport or ID.

You must purchase the free child ticket at the same time you purchase the Alhambra tickets for adults.

You must go to the Alhambra Ticket Office with passports for both the minor and the adult in order to confirm the child’s age. The child will be given a free admission. Remember that the child ticket must have been purchased at the same time as the adult ticket.

There are 4 ways to get to the Alhambra: on foot, by public transport, by car, or by taxi.

Our recommendation is to allow 4 hours in order to have enough time to go at your own pace.

Yes! Every guided tour and/or experience is designed to meet the requirements of each family and client. Children are welcome. The guided tours revolve around their active participation in recreational and educational activities.

It is not necessary to print the guided tour confirmation. We prefer to keep it in digital format to protect the environment.

The meeting point will vary, depending on each personalized tour. Information on how to get to your meeting point will be received on your guided tour confirmation.

We will visit the interior of all the monuments that we indicated in your private guided tour confirmation. In the event that nothing is indicated, it is customary to visit just the outside façade.

You can enjoy a Halal lunch in the Albaicín district. A Moroccan friend awaits you to prepare an exclusive Halal menu for you and your family.
